New Jersey Breweries Need Your Help!
UPDATE: We are currently waiting to see if Governor Murphy will sign the latest bill. We will know more by January 16, 2024. We greatly appreciate your help and all that you have done for NJ’s local beer scene.

New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control's (ABC) regulations are hurting our industry. As of July 1, 2022, NJ's microbreweries are only allowed to hold 25 on-site events annually including live music, 52 private parties, and 12 off-premises events. We cannot host local businesses for pop-ups on-site, or work with food trucks to provide food options while our customers drink.
Starting on May 24, 2023, state legislators will begin proceedings for Bill A-4630. If passed, this will give NJ breweries the ability to host unlimited events and work with food vendors. This would be game-changing not only for our industry, but also our local community as we would be able to work with so many locals that we love, from food trucks to artisans to musicians.
